Back to Kauai

Well it has been almost 10 years since Luke and I have been to Kauai!!! The trip was a lot different than our last. With almost 10 years of marriage under our belts, the addition of Kailani and 13 other family members the fun only got bigger. We had a blast with everyone!!!


Every morning the sunrise reminded me of how beautiful our God is!!!


Kailani loved the ocean. We found this great park on the east shore with a protected area for kids.


Kailani had a great time knocking down sand castles and even biting them too!!!


Even though we used sunscreen, Kailani would not have gotten sun burned with the layer of sand on her.


She was not amused by the outfit that Papa bought for her. All her cousin could say was "Ai-Ya!!!"


Kailani wandered around the coffee plantation with Sally and Samuel while the rest of us taste tested coffee and shopped.


We only managed to get three out of the four cousins in a picture with the cute matching outfits. One of the little ones was always sleeping during the photo sessions. Thank you Auntie Di and Uncle Clem for the Mickey Mouse outfit. -Kailani
